We offer Provide CPR (HLTAID009), Provide Basic Emergency Life Support (HLTAID010), Provide First Aid (HLTAID011), Provide First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012), Provide Advanced First Aid (HLTAID014) and Low Voltage Rescue (UETDRRF004). We also offer tailored short courses across Canberra and surrounding areas, including our Essentials course and Baby Talk First Aid.

Safe Work Australia's First Aid in the Workplace Code of Practice suggests one first aider for every 50 workers in low risk workplaces (like offices) and one for every 25 workers in higher risk workplaces (like construction or manufacturing). Remote workplaces may need more. We're happy to help you work out what your team needs — just ask.
Yes — onsite training is our specialty. We bring all the equipment to your workplace, community venue or home anywhere across Canberra, Googong, Queanbeyan and surrounding NSW, and fit the session around your schedule.
Yes — our nationally recognised courses meet all current Australian standards for first aid and CPR training. Training and assessment is delivered on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd, RTO 90909. Upon successful completion you receive a course certificate.
It depends on the qualification. First aid certificates are generally valid for three years, while CPR certification should be renewed every 12 months.
For nationally recognised courses, we offer blended learning — you complete the theory online at home at your own pace before your practical session. That means less time in the classroom, and the face-to-face part focuses on hands on practice and assessment.
We run public sessions across Canberra, and onsite training at your workplace or community location. Upcoming public dates are shown in the booking calendar on each course page.
Yes — for group and corporate bookings we can invoice your organisation. Just mention it in your enquiry.
Not much! Wear comfortable clothing you can kneel in (there's floor work for CPR practice), and if you'd like, bring a notebook.
