What’s included
Our Provide First Aid course is better value than the sticker price suggests.
Three units for $120
Provide First Aid awards HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID010 Basic Emergency Life Support and HLTAID009 Provide CPR — three nationally recognised statements of attainment, one morning, one price.
Theory online, practical local
You complete the theory online at your own pace beforehand, then join a short, hands-on practical session at Googong. No sitting in a classroom all day.
Taught by a paramedic
Leah is a working registered paramedic, not a casual trainer reading from a manual. You get the real answers to the questions people actually ask.

Bringing a group instead?
If you have five or more people, it’s usually cheaper and easier for us to come to your workplace on a date that suits you — we bring all the equipment.

Allow roughly two to three hours for Provide First Aid and about an hour for CPR. You’ll get a link by email as soon as you book, and you can do it in short sittings on a phone or laptop. It must be finished before you come along. Baby Talk First Aid has no pre-course work at all.
Just yourself, comfortable clothes you can kneel in, and your USI (Unique Student Identifier) if you have one. We provide everything else. There’s a bit of floor work, so trousers are easier than a skirt.
Usually within a few days of the session, issued digitally and nationally recognised. Training and assessment is delivered on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd, RTO 90909.
Yes. CPR runs alongside the first part of the Provide First Aid session, so you’re done by mid-morning. Worth knowing though: Provide First Aid at $120 includes CPR anyway, plus Basic Emergency Life Support — so if you need more than a CPR refresh, it’s better value.
Get in touch as early as you can and we’ll move you to another date at no cost. Call 0420 350 945 or email admin@paramountfirstaid.com.au.
No — it’s a one-hour, plain-English awareness session for parents, grandparents and carers, covering choking, infant CPR, febrile convulsions and when to call an ambulance. There’s no assessment and no certificate, just confidence. Bub is very welcome to come along.
