HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is the qualification most Australian workplaces need. It's the standard for designated workplace first aid officers under WHS regulations, and the course we recommend for most teams.

You'll learn to respond to the full range of workplace emergencies — from cardiac arrest and choking to fractures, burns, bites and medical conditions — with hands-on scenarios led by a paramedic who has managed these situations for real.
